Question about registering license for Redline Monitor?

Post by Rick Schacter »

I've been trying out the Redline Monitor plugin from 112db and I think it's great.
I decided to purchase the plugin this evening.

I got an e-mail with my user license and instructions about how to install it.
So, after installing the license, I got a message stating that I it was successfully installed.
I re-started my host DAW (Studio One) as the instructions said to do, however when I load the Redline Monitor into the mixer, the plugin still says "Buy" at the bottom.

Is this normal for this plugin?
Just curious if I might have overlooked a step in the instructions...which wouldn't surprise me a bit. :\
Thanks,

I had a similar problem with a VST plug-in (not the one you have). I did what I was supposed to do to register/activate it but when I tried to use it, it was not activated. But, within the plug-in was an option to register it and all was well.

Click on the buy and see if there is an option to enter the registration.

Hi Jack,

I figured out what the problem was.
Apparently I kept loading the "Demo" license instead of the "User" license.
Oops!

Everything is up and running great now.

Thanks for your reply.

It's a great plugin.
Thanks for telling all of us about it, Rick.

Now I'm thinking about getting some isolation headphones like these:
